Custom Apparel and Accessories
We typically do not accept returns due to the custom nature of our products. We stand behind our products, and while we check each one to ensure that they meet our quality standards, we know that very occasionally there may be an issue with one of your products. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work together to find a solution.
All returns must be completed within five days of package receipt. Returns are accepted only if tags are still on the dress, it is unworn and in it’s original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Email email@example.com to discuss your return.
